Thank you for your interest in our products at Euvoria. We are committed to getting your orders to you as efficiently as possible. Please review the following policy carefully to understand how we handle shipping and delivery.
1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after we receive your order and confirm your payment.

Orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will begin processing on the next business day.

Please note, this is the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment and does not include the actual transit time with the courier.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within South Africa only.
3. Shipping Methods & Costs
We partner with reliable courier services to deliver your orders. The available shipping options and associated costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to track your package on the courier's website. You can use this to follow your order's journey to your doorstep.
5. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is 100% accurate and complete, including street name, suburb, city, and postal code. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you.

We are unable to deliver to a P.O. Box. A physical street address is required for courier delivery.
6. What Happens If You're Not Home?

The courier will usually attempt delivery once. If you are not available, they will leave a notification card with instructions on how to arrange a redelivery or where you can collect your parcel from a nearby depot.

It is your responsibility to follow the courier's instructions. Parcels that are not collected from the depot within the specified holding period (usually 5-10 days) will be returned to us.

Returns & Re-delivery:Â If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt (because of an incorrect address or failure to collect), we will contact you. To have the order re-shipped, an additional shipping fee will be required.
7. Undeliverable Packages
Packages are deemed undeliverable for the following reasons:

An incorrect, incomplete, or non-existent address.

Repeated failed delivery attempts.

The parcel is unclaimed at the courier depot.
In such cases, the package will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange a re-shipment (for which an additional fee will apply) or a refund for the product cost (minus the initial shipping cost).
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Euvoria is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been delivered to the address provided. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a secure delivery location. Once the courier's tracking information confirms "delivered," we are no longer liable for the package.
If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you have not received your parcel, please:

Check with household members or neighbours.

Contact your local post office if applicable.

Contact us immediately, and we will open an investigation with the courier company on your behalf.
